Glutathione - what is it and what is it good for?
Glutathione - a protein produced by the body's cells, consisting of three amino acids: glutamine, glycine and cysteine. Inside cells, glutathione acts as a powerful antioxidant, neutralising the harmful effects of free radicals.
Free radicals - are reactive molecules that are missing one electron, so they try to recover the missing part from the body's full molecules, i.e. by destroying the walls of healthy cells. Antioxidants counteract this process and protect the body.
What are the benefits of glutathione supplementation?
Reduces oxidative stress
Oxidative stress occurs when there is an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the body's ability to fight them. Excessive levels of oxidative stress can cause damage to the body.

True vines (Vitis vinifera), fruit seed oil, DL-alpha-tocopherol oil, L-glutathione, gelatin, glycerol as a humectant, nicotinamide, purified water.
Consumption
Adults take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
